Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist you promptly.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
